Business Ethics
It is CSG's policy that our Recruiting Team operates with the utmost discretion. We never submit
a resume to a client without a candidate's prior approval. CSG's Recruiting Team takes all
reasonable steps to insure detailed and accurate job descriptions. CSG candidates value our

W2 and Independent Consultants
CSG hires hourly 1099 and W-2 employees and acts as a broker for Independent Consultants.
W-2 employees have appropriate taxes withheld and are issued weekly paychecks. Direct deposit
is available for all employees and Independent Consultants.
