Edwin Matos brings over 10 years of Staffing Industry experience to CSG. While working for Signature Consultants, a large national staffing agency, Mr. Matos consistently surpassed business expectations despite a recession in the Technology market place. Along with his agency experience, Mr. Matos has worked in the corporate realm of staffing: implementing and administering the Florida Drivers License Program for Digimarc ID Systems. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mr. Matos has a proven record of success in both agency and corporate environments. Mr. Matos is of Hispanic decent and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Krista brings over 11 years of staffing experience to CSG. She has worked for 3 large national staffing companies (Oxford International, Darwin Partners and New Boston Systems). She has also worked directly with hiring managers while at Sybase and Service Point USA, defining job specs, scheduling interviews, assisting in the selection of qualified candidates, working with suppliers to secure start dates, as well as negotiating salaries and handling all issues and/or concerns throughout the hiring process. She graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Business Administration.

George brings over 12 years of staffing experience to CSG. He has worked for two large national staffing companies, Darwin Partners and Signature Consultants. While at Darwin Partners George quickly exceeded expectations as a Senior Account Manager earning a promotion to National Business Capture Partner, chartered with quickly identifying and creating revenue producing accounts for the sales force to maintain. Mr. Kokoros was part of the original team that started the National staffing division of Signature Consultants, helping reach revenues of $17 million after just the first year. Previously George held positions as National Account Manager for Lanier Worldwide Imaging Solutions and USN Communications. George is a graduate of Bentley College.

Andrew brings over 15 years of staffing experience to CSG. His career in staffing began at Oxford International in 1992 as a Recruiter for their National Staffing Division. He later joined Darwin Partners as a National Accounts Manager where he became the #1 Account Manager breaking several Sales records during his employment there. Andrew was then recruited to begin a National Staffing Division for Signature Consultants, where he worked for over 5 years helping to almost double company sales. Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Salem State College and a Law degree from Boston University School of Law.
